Money Advice I’d Give My 22-Year-Old Self (From the Top 1% of Wealth in My Country)

When I started my business at 22, I had no idea what an amazing journey it would be — or how financially free I’d one day feel.

Today, I’ve helped over 1,000 brilliant women around the world become blissfully happy with money. I’m in the top 1% of wealth in my country. And I still love what I do, over a decade later.

But back then? I had no idea any of this was possible. I doubted myself constantly, felt overwhelmed by money, and didn’t really have a long-term plan.

If I could sit down with my younger self, here’s the honest, heartfelt money advice I’d give her — and maybe it’ll be just what you need to hear today too.

1. It is possible to be a happy, wealthy business owner

There are so many relaxed, wealthy business owners out there — not everyone is stressed, burned out, or stuck in hustle mode.

Grow your business. Learn how to make money in a way that feels good to you.

It will absolutely change your life.

2. Save and invest while you’re young (and keep your lifestyle simple)

You’ll watch your friends make money and blow it on things that don’t matter. Don’t follow that path.

When you’re young, it’s possible to have a beautiful quality of life without spending a ton. Be creative. Save and invest the rest.

Simple living = high profit margins = long-term wealth.

3. Listen more than you talk — and learn from others’ money mistakes

Want to fast-track your financial wisdom? Listen to how others manage (or mismanage) their money.

Pay attention when people talk about:

  • Buying or renting homes

  • Investments that failed

  • Business decisions they regret

Real-world stories are free education. Soak it all in.

4. Spend money in your business — strategically

Trying to “save” by avoiding mentorship or coaching is short-term thinking. If you don’t invest in your growth, that same money often ends up going out in taxes or wasted time anyway.

Learn everything you can about becoming a great money maker.

Choose your mentors wisely. Keep growing.

5. A smaller home, car, or business doesn’t mean you’re behind — it means you’re smart

Never feel ashamed about living leaner than others.

Less stuff = more freedom.
Less overhead = more money to invest.
Less pressure = more time and energy for what actually matters.

Let everyone else chase the flashy lifestyle. You focus on building real wealth.

6. There are soul-contracted clients looking for you right now

There are people — right now — searching for the exact help you offer.

Your job isn’t to convince or perform.
Your job is to show up, be visible, and let those clients work with you.

You don’t need to wait until you “feel ready.” You just need to start.

Final Thoughts

Wealth doesn’t have to be stressful, complicated, or soul-crushing.
It can be peaceful. Expansive. Even joyful.

When you simplify your life, listen deeply, invest wisely, and trust that your work matters, you’ll be amazed by what unfolds.

This is the kind of clarity, strategy, and money healing I help my clients create every day — so they can finally experience true money bliss.
