But.. it’s not always that easy, right? You can’t force yourself into happy feelings, so what are you supposed to do?
Let’s talk about the steps you can take to rewire yourself with unrelenting positivity, so you can go through life with a spring in your step and have a MUCH EASIER time bringing your dreams to fruition!

You Have Some Energetic “Clutter” That Needs to Be Cleared Out
Just from going through life - we accumulate a lot of inner clutter: limiting beliefs, negative feelings, fears, doubts, other people’s energies…
Depending on how old you are and what you’ve experienced in your life, you might have 20/30/40/50/60 years of clutter or more!
So of course, you are feeling tired. Of course you are unhappy. Of course you feel stuck.
You probably never learned how to release your inner blockages, so now you are feeling the heaviness of what you’ve been carrying around with you for all this time.
Just like you take an outer shower every day to wash away the toxins from the outside world, you would ideally also take an inner shower to clean yourself on the inside too. I love using energy clearings to do this:
You Have Some Unresolved Trauma That’s Ready to Be Healed
Most of my clients who feel like they’re sitting in a dark cloud have experienced traumas of some sort: neglect by a parent while they were little, being bullied at school, loss of a sibling, moving frequently…
If you experienced trauma in the past that you haven’t fully healed yet - it could be that it’s “bubbling” to the surface now and ready to go.
I know it’s uncomfortable to feel down - but I believe that our inner wounds sometimes come up to tap us on the shoulder, almost saying “you can heal me now.”
Your unhealed trauma is stuck in the tissues of your body. This is why you might even notice that your body is aching in certain areas.
Right now is a great opportunity to do some very deep healing, so you can release the old trauma from your body and move forward feeling MUCH lighter.
Your Life Is a Mess
I hope it’s ok for me to be honest with you: Sometimes what makes you feel down are some inner wounds that want to be healed and sometimes it’s very clear that there are some issues in your external life that are contributing to the dark cloud you are sitting in.
I found that it’s very important to work on your external world along with your inner world for best results!
People tend to be happiest when they live in a beautiful home they love, have plenty of money in the bank, have a love relationship that suits them, a healthy body and are surrounded by people who love them. This, in addition to growth and adventure is a very simple recipe for a happy life.
So let me ask you:
Are you a master at putting out fires in your life?
Are there several areas of your life that are an ongoing source of frustration?
Does the life you want feel out of reach?
If so - that’s totally ok. Most people struggle with setting up their lives so their lives support THEM and not the other way around.
You simply never learned how to get your life on track, you’re not the only one who struggles with this! It’s really not your fault and we can totally fix this.

Step 1: Start a Daily Energy Healing Practice
There is nothing wrong with you at all if you are feeling down! Whether it’s something you’ve struggled with for a long time or if you’ve been feeling like this just recently - it’s totally ok.
The #1 thing I can recommend you do is start a daily energy healing practice!
Right now is a great time to do this because the old wounds and inner blocks that are bubbling to the surface right now are ready to be healed.
The more you do your energy meditations, the more you will “clear out” your inner gunk. Over time you will feel lighter and brighter than ever before and the dark cloud will lift.
Step 2: Resolve Your Family & Childhood Trauma
If you’ve known me for some time, you know that I keep banging on about the importance of healing your family system.
I do this for good reason: 80-90% of your issues come from your family system and childhood!
Especially the “sticky” blocks and patterns that seem to keep coming around no matter how hard you try to release them.
Healing the wounds of your past is the very best gift you can give yourself. The ripple of relief that ran through my body when I felt my body release the trauma that was pulling on my nervous system was a life- changing experience. Would you like to experience that too?

I know it’s easier said than done - none of us get handed a handbook on “How to Do Life” when we are born and figuring it all out can be very messy.
It’s especially difficult when you try to do it all on your own! You can’t create a truly extraordinary life in isolation and without expert guidance.

You don’t have to go through your life feeling like you are sitting in a dark cloud. I totally get what it’s like though because I struggled with an anxiety disorder, PTSD and depression for most of my life.
