There are many reasons why ambitious women like you feel like no matter how hard they try, they never really manage to break through to the life they want.
Here are some reasons why:
They don’t have a complete, proven system + plan that will predictably teach them how to create a life that’s a perfect fit for them
They have some inner blocks they haven’t been able to heal yet
They think more willpower is what’s going to get them there (even though it clearly hasn’t been working)
They have some unresolved trauma in their family system and from their childhood that’s pulling the strings in the background of their lives
They don’t have a loving community that believes in them, encourages them and helps them stay on track with their commitments
They live from the energy of fear (even though they know they shouldn’t)
They don’t have a clear enough picture of where they want to go
They are tired and exhausted from all the struggle
They are trying to do it all alone
Sounds like you? No matter if several or even all of these statements apply to you - that’s totally ok.
It’s not your fault!

Step 1: Heal Your Family System
Ideally, you would have a healthy, happy family system that is the strong foundation on which you are building your life.
Without this, you are very likely affected by some negative family patterns, a lot of inner resistance and don’t feel very supported as you are working towards your goals.
80-90% of our inner blocks come from our childhood and family systems. So if you have some dysfunctional patterns in this area of your life - this explains why you have been struggling so far!

Step 2: Clear Your Inner Blocks
For many of us, life feels like a full contact sport. By the time we enter young adulthood, a lot has already happened and we are struggling to move past the hardships we’ve experienced.
Not healing your inner wounds is like walking around carrying sandbags on your shoulders. It weighs you down. It exhausts you!
Of course you will feel tired. Of course you feel that you’re not strong enough to do this “life” thing on your own.
Healing the wounds of your past is the very best gift you can give yourself.
Learning how to release my inner blocks has changed my life - I have never felt this clear and free. It has allowed me to have SO MUCH more energy which I used to build a beautiful, healthy life for myself.
Step 3: Create a clear vision + a plan for where you are going
Without a clear vision of where you are going, you will probably waste a lot of time, money and energy taking ineffective action steps.
This can really tank your self-esteem, because you find yourself taking risks and working your buns off without any real results. How frustrating!
When I talk about creating a vision, I don’t mean just a vision board or a list of goals. We want to map out your life SO CLEARLY and detailled that your vision almost becomes like a shopping list.
You’ll see exactly what steps to focus on today, this week, this month, this year. It’ll become a doable and fun (yes, fun!) path that walks you straight into your dream life.
You’ll get to where you want to go faster and more effectively than you would on your own (and with a lot less headache).
Step 4: Take massive action to get there
Now that you know exactly where to focus and what steps to take next, it’s just about implementation! What I love most about having a detailled vision of my life is that the action steps are DOABLE and my future doesn’t seem so intimidating anymore.
It helps me see exactly the path in front of me and how my vision will come together! Very cool, right? All you need to do is take the steps that are outlined for you.
Step 5: Acclimate to your new life so it becomes your new normal
This is one of THE most important steps and one that most people don’t do! It is vital that we acclimate to the results that each action step brings us.
This takes our journey from a dramatic climb up a perilous mountain to a calm and joyful elevator ride!
Also - if you don’t take the time to acclimate to each new level (no matter how small), you run the risk of sabotaging your success and going back to a previous level.
