Hey there wild ones,

I am over the moon and so excited to be bringing you the fourth episode of The Mystics On A Mission Show! My guest today is Erica Jago, we just recently met in person for the first time and when she told me that she is creating a new book, I knew I had to have her on the show. Ericas work is very close to my heart, I love her creative vinyasa flow classes which are always artistic and deeply healing for me.

About Erica

Erica Jago is an accomplished graphic designer, whose book, Art of Attention, was ranked #1 for book design on Amazon.com and is now translated into 5 languages. Introducing a methodology of combining storytelling, emotionally connected classes, visionary art and framed nature, her week long retreats inspire inner knowing, interconnectedness and spiritual care.

Her profession of design, integrated with her spiritual practice, teach us how to embody the creative process and see design as a vital tool for transforming instructional concepts into artful and meaningful class experiences.

In this episode, Erica shares:

1. How she got her start as designer and yoga teacher,

2. About the deep healing power of daily rituals and archetypal healing and

3. About her upcoming third book "Angelus" and how to be first to get your hands on it.
